Good afternoon I have just received another message on my email stating that my phone NOKIA with the IMEI is 358842003432807 Fixed / Complete, thats very funny that you sirs at Nokia it is nice to have your support centres full of customers with problems, I have more to do that being in those centres, I am an Investor with short time to play, my time represents literally money, and therefore although the last time I went to your centres informed immediately that I will not believe in another try to repair the phone and that i´ll never again get the phone , I DON´T WANT THE NOKIA N93 IS A PHONE WITH MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS, It´s always damaged and I am not your guinea pig, the phone was forwarded to your technical for the last 7 months and never the failures were caused by my improper use, or misuse, and therefore make the return of the amount paid by the phone, or one of equal value accredited on phone that operates at 100%, as you wish, but CLOWN IN YOUR HANDS I´LL BE no more, this complaint will be sent to your headquarters of Nokia in Portugal ant to the Contact centre where I delivered the Phone of your company witch is representing the brand in Portugal. I´ll not get this equipment again, because now I know that the content of the repair is identical to previous "stay with him for sure that this excellent to sell to another client, is the 5th time that I go to a centre 3 times with this Nokia phone, and 2 times with the previous one that was replaced by this one but in a different color , witch I don´t understand, which is not acceptable in any way as I had described in previous complaint, i already lost hours in this "joke" and the phone makes me lack for professional use and not to "play or listen to music" or "shoot ridiculous fotos" and send it to friends, IT´S ESSENTIAL FOR MY WORK for the performance of my WORKING ACTIVITIES, and therefore since it´s within the warranty and YOU Sirs Nokia can´t fix it you must replace it for other equipment with the same features and value of this disastrous NOKIA N93 that for more than 7 months comes and goes to repairs, finally, we come to the limit, I am not obliged to support this type of prolonged abuse.
